Permaset Aqua is a revolution in fabric & screen printing inks. By using advanced polymer technology combined with the purest pigments ,Permaset Aqua results in an environmentally friendly easy to use ink that provides long-term durability without compromising its superior soft handle.
This 100% solvent free, environmentally friendly formula provides pigments that are rich in coverage, intense and produce exceptional colour yield. The resilient resin base holds fast during rub, wash or dry clean while having virtually no feel on fabrics.
Permaset Aqua performs at a higher standard with enhanced screen stability and an extended open time to produce cleaner results, longer. Ideal for use on Cotton, Polyester, Silk and most synthetic fabrics. Permaset Aqua is low odour and can be easily cleaned up with water.

Permaset Aqua fabric printing colours are available in several ranges:
Permaset Standard colours are the flagship of the Permaset range. A premium quality fabric printing colour range available in twenty-six Standard colours and Phosphorescent Green. This product offers excellent light-fastness, rub, dry-clean and wash properties. Stringent quality control ensures that colour mixes will produce the same colour every time. Your colour choice is limited only to your imagination. Process Colours are also available in the standard process colour range.
Benefits: Standard fabric printing colours, upon curing, posses outstanding washability, excellent rub and dry-clean resistance. Prints made from this product range offer excellent definition, outstanding coverage and a soft handle.

Permaset Metallic Colours consist of fine particle size which allows printing through standard screens. The Metallic Colour range can be widened considerably to produce special effect colours.
Benefits: Permaset Metallic fabric printing colours are outstanding with respect to washability, rub and dry-clean resistance. Prints made from the Metalic Colour range offer excellent definition, outstanding coverage (similar to Supercover colours) and a medium handle. They are best suited for printing on dark fabrics. No requirements exist for special screens for printing of Metallic Colours, simply use standard screens.

Permaset Supercover & Supercover Glow Colours are unique products offering maximum opacity of print whilst retaining excellent flexibility after cure. Supercover Colours are available in eight bright colours as well as six glow colours. Designed for printing over dark fabrics, Supercover Colours enable excellent opaque prints with high definition whilst retaining stretch qualities.
Benefits: Permaset Supercover fabric printing colours offer unique opacity characteristics whilst retaining good stretch properties. Upon curing, the prints maintain excellent definition, outstanding coverage and a medium handle. Washability, rub and dry-clean resistance properties are superior.

Supercover colours are specifically designed to provide excellent coverage, opacity and definition over dark fabrics whilst retaining maximum stretchability.
Print Paste is an excellent printing paste of low spirits content, designed for those applications where ventilation is poorer and user-friendliness is a required option. A printing paste formulated for applications where price is a determining factor without foregoing the properties required to give long-lasting, vibrant prints. Print paste is generally suited for economical work on simple, easily printed fabrics such as cotton.

A product of superior value for money qualities. Essential properties such as washability, rub and dry-clean resistance are compromised only marginally, presenting a product of outstanding adhesion.

Permapuff Printing Paste is used as a base for a multitude of colours and efffects, when mixed with Permaset colours. This high performance, mythical printing medium, magically swells upon curing to produce a vertical rise, giving a 3-D effect. Permapuff Print Paste is used generally to enhance designs and to provide a raised, textured feel to the finished print.
Benefits: Permapuff Printing Paste once cured, enhances ordinary designs with its unique "puffing" effect. Prints are transformed into a 3 dimensional finish that exhibits excellent definition of print even though the actual print experiences a lateral rise on cure. A soft textured feel is experienced with unsurpassed adhesion onto fabrics. Permapuff printing paste is wash and dry-clean resistant.

Permaprint Premium
Water based Screen Printing Ink
Permaprint Premium is a newly re-engineered ink for sealed paper and other suitable substrates. This range of inks is now a totally water-based product with superior performance and colour brightness. This eliminates the use of solvents so its not only safe for the environment and the user, but ensures equipment can be easily cleaned with water and solvent fumes are eliminated.
Permaprint Premium is formulated to provide excellent adhesion on a wide range of substrates including sealed paper, cardboard, tyvek, polyesters (mylar), polycarbonates (lexan), some coated metals and poly-styrene and exhibits exceptional water resistance once dried.
