AUCKLAND: ALERT LEVEL 3.2 

Our Auckland stores are now OPEN. Normal hours.

Customers will need to keep 2 meters apart with face coverings on at all times. Our Staff will also be required to wear face coverings and keep distanced. 

Click & Collect is available from all stores except from our Albany store. We appreciate your patience while our team prepares your order for collection, we will notify you when it’s ready.

Online ordering is available but there are delivery delays.

VISITING OUR STORE / COLLECTING YOUR ORDER

Please remember when visiting our store or collecting your click & collect order to wear a mask, use the Covid Tracer QR code provided at the door and to keep 2 metres socially distanced.

 

DELIVERY NOTES 

  1. We will do our best to fill and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. NZ Post (Courier Post) is currently asking customers to allow delays of up to 5 working days additional to standard delivery times. Most orders will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days. Please wait 7 days before contacting us about non-delivery.
  2. You will receive an email from us to let you know when your order has been picked up by the courier (shipped). You may also receive emails from CourierPost (NZ Post) updating you on the status of your delivery. Once your parcel has been picked up by Courier Post please use the NZ Post Track Your Parcel tool to track your delivery. If you have been notified that your parcel was shipped and hasn't arrived within 7 days please contact NZ Post (Courier Post). https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking
  3. Sometimes orders may be sent in split deliveries. Please check your delivery docket for any notes.
  4. Delivery will be contactless. You will not be asked to sign for your parcel.
  5. Payments are shown as pending by your bank when you place the order on our website and then are confirmed at the time of shipping with the amount adjusted for out of stock items or additional freight charges where these have been agreed with you.

 

CLICK & COLLECT 

Click & Collect is available from all our Gordon Harris Stores except from our Albany Store. 

If you have selected to collect your order from a store please allow us time to pick and process your order. Sometimes stock may need to be ordered in to complete your order. We will email you when your order is ready to collect. To avoid disappointment please don't arrive to collect your order before being notified.

We would appreciate your patience as we are experiencing delays due to high demand.

  

PAYMENT

Payments are shown as pending by your bank when you place the order on our website and then are confirmed at the time of shipping with the amount adjusted for out of stock items or additional freight charges where these have been agreed with you.
