COVID 19 UPDATE

 

All of our stores are OPEN normal hours except our Symonds Street Store which reopens on 17 January 2022.

Customers will need to keep 1 metre apart with face coverings on at all times. Our Staff will also be required to wear face coverings and keep 1 metre distanced from customers. 

Click & Collect is available from our Newmarket, Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch stores. We appreciate your patience while our team prepares your order for collection, we will notify you when it’s ready.

Online ordering is available.

 

VISITING OUR STORE / COLLECTING YOUR ORDER

Please remember when visiting our store or collecting your click & collect order to wear a mask, use the Covid Tracer QR code provided at the door and to keep 1 metre socially distanced.

A Vaccine Pass is not required unless you are claiming a mask exemption.

Mask Exemption: Customers claiming a mask exemption are welcome to enter our stores as long as they can produce both proof of their mask exemption and a Vaccine Pass. Otherwise we politely ask you to order from our online store to respect the safety of our staff and other customers.

 

DELIVERY NOTES 

  1. We will do our best to fill and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Most orders will be delivered within 2 to 7 working days. Please wait 7 days before contacting us about non-delivery.
  2. You will receive an email from us to let you know when your order has been picked up by the courier (shipped). You may also receive emails from CourierPost (NZ Post) updating you on the status of your delivery. Once your parcel has been picked up by Courier Post please use the NZ Post Track Your Parcel tool to track your delivery. If you have been notified that your parcel was shipped and hasn't arrived within 7 days please contact NZ Post (Courier Post). https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking
  3. Sometimes orders may be sent in split deliveries. Please check your delivery docket for any notes.
  4. Delivery will be contactless. You will not be asked to sign for your parcel.
  5. Payments are shown as pending by your bank when you place the order on our website and then are confirmed at the time of shipping with the amount adjusted for out of stock items or additional freight charges where these have been agreed with you.

 

CLICK & COLLECT 

Click & Collect is available from our Newmarket, Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch stores.

If you have selected to collect your order from a store please allow us time to pick and process your order. Sometimes stock may need to be ordered in to complete your order. We will email you when your order is ready to collect. To avoid disappointment please don't arrive to collect your order before being notified.

  

PAYMENT

Payments are shown as pending by your bank when you place the order on our website and then are confirmed at the time of shipping with the amount adjusted for out of stock items or additional freight charges where these have been agreed with you.
