AUCKLAND – Level 3

Our stores are temporarily closed but you can order online for contactless delivery. Online click & collect is available from our Newmarket and Albany stores. Phone and email order and contactless collection is available from our Symonds Street store and Studio Art Supplies (Grey Lynn.)

Please expect delivery delays due to high demand and extended courier delivery times.

We are working hard to process online orders as quickly as we can, while ensuring the safety of our teams, under the current Lockdown Level 3. Increased demand during lockdown means it is taking longer to process orders. Couriers are also taking longer to deliver parcels. We ask for your patience under these trying circumstances and to please take note of the Delivery Notes below.

VISITING OUR STORE / COLLECTING YOUR ORDER

Please remember when visiting our store to collect your click & collect order to wear a mask, use the Covid Tracer QR code provided at the door and to keep 2 metres socially distanced.

 

DELIVERY NOTES 

  1. We will do our best to fill and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. NZ Post (Courier Post) is currently asking customers to allow an extra 3 working days additional to standard delivery times. Most orders will be delivered within 4 to 7 working days. Please wait 7 days before contacting us about non-delivery.
  2. You will receive an email from us to let you know when your order has been picked up by the courier (shipped). You may also receive emails from CourierPost (NZ Post) updating you on the status of your delivery. Once your parcel has been picked up by Courier Post please use the NZ Post Track Your Parcel tool to track your delivery. https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking
  3. Sometimes orders may be sent in split deliveries. Please check your delivery docket for any notes.
  4. Delivery will be contactless. You will not be asked to sign for your parcel.
  5. Payments are shown as pending by your bank when you place the order on our website and then are confirmed at the time of shipping with the amount adjusted for out of stock items or additional freight charges where these have been agreed with you.

 

CLICK & COLLECT 

If you have selected to collect your order from a store in a Level 2 or 3 region please allow us time to pick and process your order. Sometimes stock may need to be ordered in to complete your order. We will email you when your order is ready to collect. To avoid disappointment please don't arrive to collect your order before being notified.

We would appreciate your patience as we are experiencing delays due to high demand.

  

PAYMENT

Payments are shown as pending by your bank when you place the order on our website and then are confirmed at the time of shipping with the amount adjusted for out of stock items or additional freight charges where these have been agreed with you.
