Traditional washi papers have been made in Japan for over 1300 years and Awagami Factory’s Fujimori family has been making them for 8 generations. Awagami Factory produces washi from renewable, natural fibers: Kozo, Bamboo, Mitsumata, Gampi and Hemp to create sustainable papers for Fine Art, Inkjet Printing, Crafts, Interior Design and Art Conservation.
