Hahnemuhle Sumi-E Papers

SUMI-E is a professional 80gsm Japanese painting paper for traditional (and non-traditional!) ink techniques and calligraphy. Many dramatic wet-on-wet effects can be achieved by wetting the rice paper and smoothing it out onto a non-porous surface before painting with ink, watercolour, gouache or fluid acrylics.
