Product Description
SKU: HS120231
World-renown German airbrush manufacturer Harder & Steenbeck celebrate their 100th Anniversary 1924-2024. To mark this Centenary, they have radically re-designed their ULTRA Airbrush to teach the perfect double-action trigger technique to first-time painters.
The ULTRA 2024 Airbrush debuts three innovations:
• “Start Control” trigger design: a full double-action trigger system, engineered to eliminate common beginner mistakes.
• Colour Control: a five-step system which gives the perfect trigger settings for Priming, Base Coats, and Glazing, and the three stages of Highlighting.
• “Clog Control” head system: you can see the needle tip, clean the needle tip, but it is always protected from damage. A clean needle tip is the solution to airbrushing with no colour clogging.
The finish is new too: triple-coated chrome for an easy clean that will last for years. It is simple to strip-down and reassemble, with all parts only fitting together the correct way around, and the locking nut guiding the needle to a self-centring position.
The ULTRA 2024 is fully upgradable by using Evolution or Infinity nozzle and needle sets, splatter caps, and colour cups.
The airbrush comes with a new 0.45mm head set, which supercedes the detail capability of the previous 0.4mm headset whilst offering greater user friendliness, and painting versatility. And of course, in true H&S spirit, the new system is fully backwardly compatible for those of you who already own H&S airbrushes.
You’ll enjoy the practicality of the supplied 5ml cup, but if you want to have uninterrupted line of sight for a high detail feature, simply remove the 5ml cup and enjoy the integrated micro-cup socket within the airbrush body for small amounts of colour.
Does not include a Hose, this is sold separately: we recommend the 2.5 hose with 1/8" connections (HS201210)
It is recommended to use any single piston compressor capable of running an airbrush up to approximately 35psi, like the Expression EX23601 or EX23602 compressors stocked by Gordon Harris.
