Made with polyester, Alua Wiping Fabric is less absorbent, smoother and softer than traditional tarlatan. Its unique construction allows plates to be wiped much more quickly and effectively, leaving more highly saturated colour and smooth solids without streaking, with no need for a final paper or hand wipe.
Long-lasting and lint free, Akua Wiping Fabric is a must have for any Intaglio, Drypoint, Collagraph, Monotype and Photopolymer project.
Suitable for use with any water or oil based printmaking inks.
For maximum best results, print with Akua Intaglio or Liquid Pigment.
